The new management is fantastic. The ladies are very nice to everyone. We had the best pool party that we ever had. I would recommend this place for anyone to live. It’s just like Home. I’ve been here for over 20 years and I love the management inside the office. They are so nice and cheerful always always willing to help everybody’s happy and smiling Best personalities around . I would highly recommend this complex as a pleasant place to reside. Large units, new pool, onsite maintenance and the environment are worth the rental rates. Comparable to surrounding apartment complexes, Chateau Riviera exceeded my expectations.
